Gilbert Balibaseka Bukenya an Old Boy of St Edwards Bukuumi is a Ugandanphysician and politician who was Vice President of Uganda from 23 May 2003 until 23 May 2011. He also represents the constituency of "Busiro County North" in the Ugandan Parliament, a position he has served in since 1996.
